Before you leave today:
1) Pick 10 main keywords for your blog
2) Calculate the search volume for each word
3) Change 3 of those 10 keywords to keywords with a high propensity to convert
4) Calculate the search volume for those 3 keywords
5) Write a quick post incorporating those 3 keywords.

For next week, your blog post should incorporate the following elements: This post will be worth double points (20 points)!

5) Body content: use the key phrase at least three times, more if there is a lot of content and it makes sense. Aim for about 350 words of content, but don’t overdo it! That could look like spam to the search engines.
6) Bold: use tags around the keyword at least once.
7) Alt tag for an image: use it at least twice to describe an image on the page.
8) URL: use a URL rewrite so that it appears in the URL of the page.
9) Meta description: use it at least once in the meta description of the page. It should entice users to click through to your site from the SERP.
10) Meta tags: use the keywords in the meta tags to provide context to the search
engines.
